Synopsis

Mindfulness involves learning how to pay attention, in the present moment, without judgement or evaluation. Learning to be aware and observing our experiences is a skill that needs to be developed.  This session explores the theory of mindfulness, discusses the benefits and goes through some mindful practices.

  • Understand the theory and benefits of mindfulness
  • Have the opportunity to practice mindfulness exercises
